The Board of BIH announces that, further to the announcement released by the Company on 13 August 2019, William Borden James, a Director of the Company, subscribed for 3,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each at a subscription price of 5 pence.
Following the above transaction, Mr James is interested in 9,971,428 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 26.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
