RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 18^th September 2019, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 877 Ordinary Shares at prices of £14.94 and £16.16 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 48,184,586 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 795,205,752.
