Aura is pleased to announce the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as Nominated Adviser to the Company with immediate effect.
AIM Rule 17 Notice
The Company notes that the appendix to the Schedule One announcement published by Aura on 8 August 2016 did not specifically disclose that the Directors of the Company were also directors of GCM Africa Uranium Limited ("GCM Africa"),a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Since the publication of the Schedule 1 announcement, GCM Africa has since been dissolved by way of a compulsory striking-off on 2 May 2017.
The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to constitute inside information under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014.
