In view of finalization of Half Yearly/Quarterly accounts for the Half Year/Quarter ended 30.09.2019, it is hereby notified that Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL shall remain closed for designated persons from Tuesday, 1.10.2019 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein the results would be considered.
The date of Board Meeting would be intimated in due course.
