The Company announces that it agreed on 23 October 2019 to allot 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 362p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 22 October 2019 was 353.1p These shares will be issued for cash on 25 October 2019. As at 25 October 2019 the issued share capital will be 133,253,564 and the number of voting rights will be 133,253,564. |
