Notification and public disclosure of transaction
The Company has been notified that on 25 October 2019, Joseph Bernhard Mark Mobius, one of the Company's portfolio managers at Mobius Capital Partners LLP, purchased an additional 367,092 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.8 pence per share.
As a result of the transaction, Mr Mobius holds a total of 15,367,092 Ordinary Shares, representing an aggregate 14.64% of the Company's issued share capital.
