Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that, effective 28 October 2019, Mr Paul Meader resigned as a director of JPMorgan Global Convertibles Income Fund Limited.
This resignation reduces the number of publicly quoted company directorships held by Mr Meader to four.
