Aura Energy Limited (AEE) advises that, further to the announcement of 7 January 2020, which advised shareholders of the election of Mr JL Bennett as a Director of Aura Energy Limited ("Aura" or "Company"), Aura and its advisers have not yet completed the due diligence process that would enable the Company to provide a full and accurate disclosure of information in respect of Mr Bennett, as required by the AIM Rules for Companies.
A further announcement, providing all of the information which the Company is required to disclose in respect of Mr Bennett will be announced as soon as practicable.
