The Company announces that it agreed on 16 January 2020 to allot 375,000 Ordinary Shares at 370p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 15 January 2020 was 363.5p. These shares will be issued for cash on 20 January 2020. As at 20 January 2020 the issued share capital will be 136,533,564 and the number of voting rights will be 136,533,564. |
