RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 29^th January 2020, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 2,416 Ordinary Shares at prices of €17.67 and €20.825 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 11,444,250 Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 788,196,088.
