RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 11^th March 2020, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 3,080 Ordinary Shares at prices of €16.19 and €20.825 per Ordinary Share and at prices between £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 15,948,676 Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 783,691,662.
