Wynnstay, the agricultural supplies group, announces that Philip Kirkham, Non-executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 12 March 2020 at 253.00 pence per Ordinary Share, and a further 5,000 on 13 March 2020 at 249.55 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Philip Kirkham has a total beneficial holding of 11,077 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.056% of the Company's issued share capital.
