· Vesting and exercise of 4,092 conditional share awards made to Rizwan Ahmad; and

· Vesting and exercise of 2,979 conditional share awards made to Matt Boudiette, both under the Dialight plc 2014 Performance Share Plan;

· Mr Ahmad sold 1,622 shares to cover tax liabilities due; and

· Mr Boudiette sold 1,181 shares to cover tax liabilities due.
