EGM Postponed
Aura Energy Limited (AEE; ASX, AURA; AIM) advises that due to the ongoing issues surrounding coronavirus it has indefinitely postponed the scheduled general meeting of shareholders for 14 April 2020 at its offices in Windsor, Victoria.
In his most recent advice, Prime Minister, Scott Morrison outlined a series of steps regarding limitations on public meetings. The Aura Board of Directors has been monitoring these steps over the past week, particularly in relation to the ASIC advice 20-068MR, dated 20 March 2020 and as a result the Board had determined that the meeting must be postponed.
Aura has advised Computershare of the postponement and the Company will continue to monitor advice from the Australian Government and advise shareholders when the meeting can be re-convened.
