RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 1^st April 2020, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 2,077 Ordinary Shares at prices of £15.54 and £20.11 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,827,782 shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,812,556.
