Completed acquisition by Takeaway.com N.V. of Just Eat Plc.

Revocation of Initial Enforcement Order.

16 April 2020: The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has made a Revocation Order under section 72(4) of the Enterprise Act 2002 in relation to the completed acquisition by Takeaway.com of Just Eat Plc. This Order revokes the initial enforcement order that the CMA imposed on 30 January 2020 and is without prejudice to the CMA's ongoing investigation into the acquisition.
