Change of Settlement Structure

LEGAL & GENERAL UCITS ETF PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY (the "Company) - Change of Share Settlement Structure

This notice is to make you aware that a change to the share settlement structure for the Company, as described in the circular issued to Shareholders of the Company dated 4 February 2020 (the "Circular"), took effect from 00.01 a.m. on 20 April 2020 (the "Effective Date"), whereby certain sub-funds of the Company converted to a share settlement structure within an International Central Securities Depositary ("ICSD") model.

On the Effective Date the below sub-funds of the Company converted to a new share settlement structure. The shares of all the sub-funds of the Company now settle using an ICSD model.  

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall bear the same meaning as outlined in the Circular. The Circular is available at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

Please note that as of the Effective Date, DE-ISINs have been removed from all sub-funds of the Company and investors should refer to the IE-ISINs listed above only.
