The Company today announces that Simon Roberts will be appointed as a member of the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Committee (the 'Committee') on 1 June 2020 when he is appointed as Chief Executive Officer. Martin Scicluna will also be appointed as a member of the Committee on 1 June 2020.
