The board of directors of the ICAV wish to announce that they have applied to the Irish Stock Exchange, trading as Euronext Dublin, ("Euronext Dublin") to remove the share classes outlined below, (together, the "Shares") from the Official List and from trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin:
