The Company announces that it has agreed a new £50 million revolving credit facility with the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited which was drawn in full on 13 May 2020 at an initial all in rate of 0.83875% and used to repay a maturing £50 million fixed rate loan, also with the Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited.

The new facility will expire on 13 May 2021.
