Results of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

iShares III plc ("the Company") announces that at the EGM of the Company held at the offices of BlackRock, 1^st Floor, 2 Ballsbridge Park, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 on 14^th May 2020 at 10:30 a.m, all resolutions proposed were duly passed. The new index (MSCI South Africa 20/35 Index) and investment objective and policy will be effective on 1^st June 2020.
