First Trust Global Funds plc (the "Company") - Announcement of the Effective Date in relation to a Scheme of Arrangement to change the share settlement structure of the Company to centralise the settlement of shares of certain exchange traded funds ("ETFs") of the Company (the "Converting ETFs") within an International Central Securities Depositary ("ICSD") settlement model (the "ICSD Settlement Model")

This notice is to make you aware of a change to the share settlement structure of the Company which takes effect at 00.01 a.m. on Friday, 15 May 2020 (the "Effective Date") whereby the Converting ETFs listed below will convert to a share settlement structure within an ICSD Settlement Model so that the shares of all ETFs of the Company will settle using the ICSD Settlement Model from the Effective Date.
The balance of the ETFs of the Company listed below (the "ICSD ETFs") are not required to convert to the ICSD Settlement Model as the shares of the ICSD ETFs already, or will upon launch, settle using the ICSD Settlement Model.
