Board Change

As planned and confirmed in the Company's Half-Yearly Announcement released earlier today, Peter Dicks has retired from his position as a non-executive Director with effect from today.  Peter was non-executive Chairman of the Company from its launch in 2001 until January 2020.

Timothy Woodcock, Non-executive Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Company's Shareholders and the Board, I would like to thank my predecessor, Peter Dicks for his excellent stewardship of the Company over the past eighteen years and wish him well for the future.
