Merger Update: Circle/BMI

The CMA has published the text of its decision on the completed acquisition by Circle Health Holdings Limited of GHG Healthcare Holdings Limited (a parent company of BMI Healthcare Limited).  The CMA is considering whether, instead of making a reference to Phase II, to accept appropriate undertakings from Circle Health Holdings Limited to address the competition concerns arising from the merger.  This decision can be found on the Competition and Market Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases.
