Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc has declared a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1.925p per ordinary share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2020, which will be paid on 19 June 2020 to shareholders on the register on 5 June 2020. The ex-dividend date will be 4 June 2020.
