Re: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that, the resolution as detailed in the circular sent to the shareholder of the Sub-Fund on 5 May, 2020 (the "Circular"), was passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the Sub-Fund held on 28 May, 2020.

The changes to the supplement for the Sub-Fund, outlined in the Circular, are proposed to take effect on or about 18 September 2020 or such other date as may be communicated to the shareholder.
