Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, that one of its directors, J M B Cayzer-Colvin, has been appointed as a director of The Cayzer Family Archive (the "Archive"), a company limited by guarantee and registered charity, effective on 29 May 2020.

The Archive holds 1,593 Caledonia ordinary 5p shares representing 0.0029% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. All directors of the Archive are treated as having a beneficial interest by virtue of the fact that they each hold a membership interest in the charity. Therefore, following his appointment, J M B Cayzer-Colvin's beneficial interest in the Company has technically increased.

Accordingly, J M B Cayzer-Colvin's interests in Caledonia's ordinary 5p shares are as follows:

Beneficial - 375,913 shares (0.68%)

Non-beneficial - 121,942 shares (0.22%)

Performance share scheme awards - 62,909 shares (0.11%)

Deferred bonus plan awards - 11,083 shares (0.02%)
