Appointment of Director

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of KraneShares ICAV (the "Company") wishes to announce that Piers Wheeler has been appointed to the Board with effect from 3 June 2020.

Piers joined KraneShares, as a Managing Director, in 2020. He is responsible for business development and client relationship management across institutional and wholesale channels in the United Kingdom. Before joining KraneShares Piers was a Director at Eastspring Investments where he was responsible for helping them establish and build their presence in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Piers has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Fund.
