Further to publication of the Company's 31st May 2020 net asset value, released earlier today, the Company confirms that it may issue new ordinary shares at a price of 110.5 pence per new ordinary share, reflecting a 13.2% premium to the 31st May 2020 net asset value.

The Company intends to issue new ordinary shares on this basis until 8th June 2020. Investors wishing to participate in this issuance should reflect their interest to J.P. Morgan Securities PLC.
