Costain Group PLC has been informed that Alison Wood, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Oxford Instruments plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 8 September 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders of Oxford Instruments plc at their Annual General Meeting on that date.
