DISCLOSURE OF RIGHTS ATTACHED TO EQUITY SECURITIES

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.2.6ER(1), the Company has forwarded to the Financial Conduct Authority a copy of its Articles of Association, which set out the principal rights attached to its ordinary shares.
