Re: Important Notice to Shareholders

Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as in the Scheme Circular dated 28 April 2020, a copy of which is available at www.xtrackers.com.

Following the passing of the relevant resolutions at the Scheme Meeting and EGM of the Company held on 21 May 2020, please note that the Scheme was sanctioned by the High Court at a hearing on 18 June 2020.

The High Court determined that the Effective Date of the Scheme will be 3 July 2020. Accordingly, Shareholders are advised that the conversion to the ICSD Settlement Model will proceed at the close of business on 3 July 2020.

Shareholders who have any queries or to whom any of the above is not clear should seek advice from their stockbroker, bank manager, legal advisor, accountant or other independent financial advisor.
