Acceptance of Undertakings in Lieu of Reference

The CMA has today accepted undertakings in lieu of reference to Phase 2 given

by Circle Health Holdings Limited under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002.  The merger between Circle Health Holdings Limited and GHG Healthcare Holdings Limited (a parent company of BMI Healthcare Limited) will therefore not be referred to Phase 2 and the undertakings which have been signed by Circle Health Holdings Limited will come into effect from this date. The text of this decision will be placed on the Competition and Market Authority's web site at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases as soon as is reasonably practical.
