Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 30 June 2020 it purchased 85,300 of the Company's own ordinary shares at a price of 50.00 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is now 126,919,084 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each, with voting rights.
