Revolving Multi-Currency Credit Facility

The Company announces that it has entered into a new two year multicurrency revolving credit facility (the "Facility") of £30 million with The Royal Bank of Scotland International Limited ("RBSI"), which replaces the Company's £30 million loan facility with RBSI, which had been due to mature on 24 July 2020.

£27 million of the Facility, which has been drawn down at an all-in rate of 0.96088%, has been used to repay the maturing loan facility.
