The Monks Investment Trust PLC hereby gives notification that Belinda Richards, a non-executive director of the Company, is to step down from the Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC to take up a new role as an independent Non-Executive Director of Jupiter Fund Management plc with effect from 1 September 2020.

Belinda will leave the Board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC following the release of the Company's Interim Results on 10 September 2020.
