iShares VI Public Limited Company - Launch of New Share Classes

The Directors of iShares VI plc announce the launch of the following new share classes:

iShares Edge MSCI USA Minimum Volatility ESG UCITS ETF USD (Acc) (IE00BKVL7331);
iShares Edge MSCI Europe Minimum Volatility ESG UCITS ETF EUR (Acc) (IE00BKVL7D31); and
iShares Edge MSCI World Minimum Volatility ESG UCITS ETF USD (Acc) (IE00BKVL7778)

The shares are already listed on the Official List of the UKLA. Dealing in the New Shares commenced on the main market of the London Stock Exchange today.
