Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value per share ("NAV") as at 31 July 2020, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 3327p, after deduction of the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2020 of 44.5p per share.
