Merger Update: ION / Broadway

COMPLETED ACQUISITION BY ION INVESTMENT GROUP LIMITED OF BROADWAY TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS LLC

The CMA is considering whether, instead of making a reference to Phase II, to accept appropriate undertakings from ION Investment Group Limited to address the competition concerns arising from the merger.  This decision can be found on the Competition and Markets Authority's website at https://www.gov.uk/cma-cases.
