Change in Share Class Dividend Distribution Policy

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Fidelity UCITS ICAV (the "ICAV") wishes to announce an update to the distribution policy in respect of the EUR Hedged and GBP Hedged share classes (together, the "Share Classes") of the Fidelity Global Quality Income UCITS ETF (the "Fund"), a sub-fund of the ICAV.

With effect from 14 August 2020, the Share Classes will no longer be considered Accumulating Classes and will be Distributing Classes.  Once the change comes into effect, under normal circumstances, as per the terms of the Supplement, the Directors intend that dividends would be declared on a quarterly basis in or around February, May, August and November of each year. 

With effect from 14 August 2020, the Share Classes will be re-named as per the below:

Change in Distribution Day

With effect from 14 August 2020, distribution payments in respect of all Distributing Classes will be made on the last Friday of the relevant month, instead of on the last Thursday of the relevant month as currently provided for.

A revised copy of the Supplement will be available on www.fidelity-etfs.com/documents or upon request at the registered office of the ICAV. 

All capitalised terms not defined above shall have the same meaning as assigned to them in the Prospectus.
