The Company announces that on 17 August 2020, it purchased 316,034 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.22% of the issued share capital at a price of 132.0 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this purchase, there are now 146,643,747 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
