Re: Cancellation of Listing

As set out in a communication issued to shareholders on 26 May 2020, the Directors of the Company wish to announce that they have applied to the London Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") to delist the shares of Vanguard Euro STOXX 50 UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund") from the main market of the Exchange.

The Exchange has agreed that the shares of the Sub-Fund will be delisted with effect from 25 August, 2020.
