Mobius Investment Trust plc announces that Christopher Casey, an independent, non-executive Director of the Company, resigned as a non-executive director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Eddie Stobart Logistics plc with effect from 25 August 2020.

The decision was made in order to rebalance his roles as chairman and director of a number of investment companies and his other commitments.
