Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc plc (the "Company") announces that as at 28 August 2020, its issued share capital consists of 36,143,690 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, which includes 967,500 ordinary shares held in treasury. Treasury shares do not carry voting rights, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 28 August 2020 is 35,176,190.

The above figure of 35,176,190 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
