RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 3^rd September 2020, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 21,775 Ordinary Shares at prices between €16.19 and €27.86 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,655,602 shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,984,736.
