The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 11 September 2020, 670,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 68.125 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 21,540,412.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in circulation following this sale is 231,145,393 and the total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 252,685,805. Each share has one voting right.
