Directors of Invesco Markets III plc have declared the following dividends for the fourth quarter of the financial year to 30 September 2020:

Announcement Date: 10^th September 2020

Ex-Dividend Date: 17^th September 2020

Record Date: 18^th September 2020

Payment Date: 24^th September 2020

While the prospectus for Invesco Markets III plc states that dividends, if payable, are to be paid on the last business day of the month following the dividend announcement the dividends payable in this instance are to be paid on 24^th September 2020, within two weeks of the Announcement Date. Any changes to future dividend payment dates will be notified in advance of the date on which dividends will be paid.
