Further to the Company's announcement on 14 September 2020 that Gordon Neilly would be joining the Board with effect from today, 21 September 2020, Mr Neilly confirms that he holds 4,895 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Neilly has been a shareholder in the Company for many years and all shares were acquired prior to his appointment to the Board.
