RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 23^rd September 2020, it transferred to participants in an employee share scheme 2,608 Ordinary Shares at prices between £15.54 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,648,311 shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,992,027.
