Following a meeting of its Board today, Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ronan O'Neill as the Company's Senior Independent Director with immediate effect. This follows the Board retirement of Ms. Julie O'Neill in August. Mr. O'Neill has been a member of the Board since 2016 and is the Chairman of the Board's Risk and Compliance Committee.

This announcement is made in accordance with the Euronext Listing Rule 6.1.64 and UK Listing Rule 9.6.11.
